Our Mission
Our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation and promote responsible pet ownership by providing low-cost spay and neuter vouchers to cat and dog owners in financial need. We believe that every pet deserves a healthy, loving home, and that cost should never be a barrier to essential veterinary care. Through community support and accessible resources, we aim to create a future where fewer animals suffer and shelters are less overwhelmed.
EISNC is 100% organized and managed by passionate volunteers in East Idaho.
Our History
The East Idaho Spay & Neuter Coalition (EISNC) was founded in 2016 by local animal welfare organizations and volunteers to address the pressing issue of pet overpopulation in the region.
Since its inception, EISNC has been dedicated to reducing the number of cats and kittens entering local shelters by providing affordable spay and neuter options to pet owners in need. Through community support and partnerships with local veterinarians, the coalition continues to make a significant impact in promoting responsible pet ownership and improving animal welfare in East Idaho.
