 Our  mission is to reduce the amount of cats and kittens coming into local  shelters in our community by providing affordable spaying and neutering options.   

East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition has been operating for 8 years as a non-profit organization and is recognized as a 501(c)3. Working with local veterinarians, we offer feline spay/neuter vouchers to Bonneville County residents for only $40 and the Coalition pays the balance.
