East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition
It’s believed that over 70 million cats in the US are feral or un-owned. This is why getting cats spayed or neutered is so important! Cats live longer when they are taken care of. Having a cat spayed or neutered can protect from diseases and thus prolong its life.
Cats are pregnant from 63-67 days. The average litter size for cats is 4 kittens, but can be as may as 12. An average cat has 1-8 kittens per litter and 2-3 litters per year. During her reproductive life a female cat can have more than 100 kittens.
As of January, 2023, East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition has provided 2400 low cost spay/neuter vouchers in our community. Thanks to all who have supported us!
